It’s always 5 ‘o’ clock somewhere. This Easy Weeknight Meal is inspired by the famous Canadian cocktail. Very similar to a Bloody Mary, this contains clam juice, an ingredient that sets it apart. I always say that I feel like I’ve eaten a meal after I drink a Ceasar and now I’m creating a salad that literally has all the great flavors of this great classic.
Ceasar Crab Cocktail Salad
Ingredients
- 120 gms Crab meat
- 1 cup sliced or quartered grape or cherry Tomatoes
- ½ cup diced Celery
- ¼ cup sliced Olives
- 1 tsp Celery salt
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- Splash of Tabasco
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chopped Parsley
- Salt & Pepper
- Bread
Instructions
- Add all the above ingredients and mix well
- Serve with bread
