Simple ingredients are ground together to make a delicious Chilli Garlic sauce.
- 10 Kashmiri Chillies
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Trim and deseed the chillies
- Soak the red Chillies in hot water for 4 hrs to overnight
- Grind them together with the Garlic, Lime juice and salt
