Feetloaf

Ingredients

  • Foot
  • I lb (500 gms) lean ground Beef
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp each Cumin, Chilli & Garam Masala
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 beaten Egg
  • 4 boiled and peeled eggs
  • ¼ cup Coriander
  • Onion for nails
  • Cow bone (optional)
  • 1.5 tsps Salt
  • Blood
  • Condensed soup can 384 ml
  • Water 384 ml
  • Salt
  • Hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Process the Onion and Garlic
  2. Add the ground beef, spices, salt & egg
  3. Add the coriander and process again
  4. Remove and chill the meat for best results
  5. In an oven proof dish, put down three boiled eggs
  6. Just shave the boiled egg a little bit so it has a flat edge to stand on
  7. Remove ½ the meat and cover the eggs making an oblong shape
  8. Take ¼ of the mixture and form the toe area
  9. Make a hole in the heel area and insert the 4th egg
  10. Using a butter knife smooth out the surface and sculpt the toes
  11. Take the last ¼ of the meat mixture and cover the exposed egg in the heel to form an ankle
  12. Using an onion layer, carve out the toe nails
  13. Using a beaten egg cover the toes with egg wash and insert the toes cut out on onions
  14. This is optional, but using a beef bone would look more realistic and creepy, pour some egg to secure the bone and insert it in the heel
  15. Push the ankle meat right around the bone
  16. Brush the foot with egg wash for a smooth finish
  17. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hr
  18. Prepare the blood by heating together the condensed soup and water
  19. Add salt and hot sauce
  20. When the foot s out of the over, cover in sauce
