Goat’s Cheese is seasoned and then simply topped with Olive, sundried tomatoes, figs and walnuts, before drizzling with hot sauce and a lovely sticky fig balsamic reduction.

Although it’s the holidays right now, this cheesy dip can be served at any time, in fact it was enjoyed at a picnic this summer! This is a no cook recipe which is really handy over the holidays or anytime you want some fuss free entertaining. If you wish you serve this warm you can just zap it up in the microwave for a few seconds.
