“Enter for your Chance to Win an Amazon Gift Card” Contest Rules
1. Agreement: These rules govern the Amazon Giveaway on Kravings Food Adventures” contest (the “Contest”). No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. The act of entering the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Contest rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Contest judges, which decisions shall be final and binding upon all entrants.
2. Sponsor: The Contest sponsor is Kravings Food Adventures (the “Sponsor”).
3. Eligibility: The Contest is open to residents of Canada(excluding Quebec), who have attained the age of eighteen (18) as at the start of the Contest Period. Notwithstanding the above, the Contest is not open to employees, immediate family members (i.e. spouses or biological, step or adoptive parents, children or siblings) or anyone domiciled with any employee of the Sponsor. Spam or derogatory or racial comments will not be accepted and will be disqualified. Subject to the Submission Requirements set out below, there is no limit on the number of entries per person, however entries by the same user with the same recipe appearing as spam will be deleted.
4. Contest: The Contest begins on the date of publication of this video and ends on Saturday June 17, 2017 at 12 p.m. ET (such period, the “Contest Period”). There is only ONE way to enter this contest. Simply add a comment in the comments field and suggest a Canadian recipe for a future video production. Subscription is free and not mandatory, but if the winner picked is a SUBSCRIBER of the YouTube channel Kravings Food Adventures, they will receive and extra 50) dollars on the Amazon gift card. This will be mailed to a Canadian(expect Quebec) with a valid Canadian address.
5. Winner Selection: The potential winners will be chosen by random draw from among all eligible entries received by the Sponsor. The time period for response by the winner is 1 week from the date that the Sponsor contacts the Winner. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within this time period or fails to respond to any attempted contact or incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, such potential winner will be disqualified, his/her entry will be declared null and void and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select at random another eligible entry, in which event these provisions shall apply to such other eligible entry. In order to be eligible to win, each potential winner must correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance or mechanical or electronic aid.
6. Prizing: The Winner will be mailed one Amazon gift card for use on Amazon.ca for the value of 100 dollars and if the winner is a SUBSCRIBER of Kravings Food Adventures, they will receive an additional 50 dollars on the same gift card.
7. Submission Requirements: Simply add a comment in the comments field and suggest a Canadian recipe for a future video production. Subscription is free and not mandatory, but if the winner picked is a SUBSCRIBER of the YouTube channel Kravings Food Adventures, they will receive and extra 5) dollars on the Amazon gift card. This will be mailed to a Canadian(expect Quebec) with a valid Canadian address. Sponsor reserves the right to reject, remove and disqualify any submissions that could be offensive or inappropriate or that do not meet the terms and conditions of these rules.
8. Copyright License and Waiver of Moral Rights: Each entrant grants to the Sponsor a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, publish, and reproduce his/her submission in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter invented, without further notice, compensation, approval, consent or review. Sponsor shall have the right in perpetuity to reproduce, copy, display, distribute, edit or modify any entrant’s submission for use in connection with its business, including without limitation this Contest or other marketing and advertising purposes, and each entrant waives any and all moral rights he/she may have in any submission submitted. Each entrant agrees to complete and sign all documents necessary to confirm the rights granted under these official rules. By entering, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that posting a submission online brings that submission within public view, and the Sponsor will not be held liable for any copying, reproducing, re-posting, or unlawful use of the posted submission or comment, or any other injury, damage or loss to entrant or any other person that may result. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the posting of his or her entry, including any related photo, comment or caption, and their name, likeness, image, and comments online, for the purposes of entering in accordance with these rules, without any further notice, review, approval, consent or compensation.
9. Indemnity: By participating in this Contest, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and any prize supplier and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies and licensees and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buyers and promotional agencies (the “Released Parties”) from any and all damages, injuries, claims, suits, actions, causes of action, costs, expenses, liabilities or losses of any kind (including but not limited to lawyers’ fees) arising out of or relating to your participation in the Contest; your receipt or use of any prize; your violation of any term of these Contest rules or your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
11. Privacy: We will not use your contact information for any purposes.
12. Banning: The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, prohibit any person from entering the Contest whom it believes to be abusing the rules. Such abuse includes entering false information and entering more times than permitted under these Contest rules.
