Prepare the Chapli Kebab spice blend by toasting the spices, allowing them to cool and then grinding to a powder
Prepare the Green chutney by grinding the ingredients together - you can also use store bought
Toast the Gram flour
Soft scramble one Egg
Process the meat with salt & pepper, all of the ground spice powder, ginger & garlic paste and all the toasted gram flour.
Spread this in a thin layer on the taco
Cook the taco, meat side down on a hot griddle
Add cheese, onion and chutney and fold the taco and cook on both sides
