Add Turmeric, Chilli powder, Salt, Ginger & Garlic paste, Egg & Cornstarch to the Chicken and mix it well
Cook each piece in hot Oil till cooked and keep aside
In another wok or saute pan, saute the Onion, once golden, add the green Chilli, Curry leaves, Ginger & Garlic paste, Turmeric, Chilli powder, Salt, Chilli paste and red food colouring.
Add the cooked Chicken, toss to coat and keep aside
In the same wok, add more oil and saute the spring Onion bulbs, Mushrooms, green Pepper, Carrots and saute
Add the cooked french Beans and saute again and keep aside
Cook the Chowmein Noodles according to package instructions and drain
In the same wok, add more oil and add the Noodles, add the Vegetables and the Chicken 65 and toss to coat.
You may have to mix these together in batches
Garnish with Spring Onion leaves
