Soak the china grass in some water for 10 mins
Boil in some water till dissolved
Boil the Sago pearls for about 5 mins, drain and flush with cold water
Heat the coconut milk and regular milk
Add the sugar
Add the dissolved china grass, reserving about 1/4 cup
Add 1/2 or the Sago pearls and pour into serving dish
Cool down and set in the fridge for at least an hour
Reheat the reserved china grass and add the coconut water and allow to dissolve
Add the rest of the sago
Cool and gently pour over the set custard and allow to set overnight
