Meatball Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • Meatballs
  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 2 tbsps Shawarma spice
  • 1 tbsp Aleppo Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp White Pepper
  • 2 cups finely minced Onion
  • ΒΌ cup Parsley
  • Red Pepper Hummus
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 - 3 tbsps Olive Oil
  • 540 ml can Garbanzo beans
  • 3 roasted Garlic cloves
  • 200 gms roasted Peppers in brine
  • 2 tbsps Tahini or sesame paste
  • Hot sauce
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the chicken breast by mincing half in the food processor and dicing the other half by hand
  • Mix all the other ingredients together and form meatballs by hand or by using an ice cream scoop
  • Deep fry, cook in the oven or air fry
  • Prepare the Hummus by adding all the ingredients into the food processor and blending to a fine paste. If it is too thick add some water or some olive oil
