Ingredients

finely diced Onion

Chillies

(3.3 lb) lean Beef

Coriander seeds

Peppercorns

each of Ginger & Garlic paste

each crushed pepper & coriander

tsp
Chilli powder

tsp
Cumin powder

tsp
Garam Masala
Salt to taste

diced Coriander
Instructions
Add Salt to the Onion and chilli and tie in a cheese cloth to strain all the water out
Add all the ingredients including the onion to a food processor and process
Using a metal skewer, press the meat onto the skewer & grill
