Blend all the green masala ingredients together
In the IP set it to saute mode and heat up some oil
Add the onions and the green chilli
Add some salt to help the onions caramelize faster
Add the boneless beef cubes
Add the powdered spices
Add salt to taste
Add the tomatoes, water cover and set the IP to pressure cook for 15 mins
Let the steam escape, open and add the tamarind juice and the potatoes in
Pressure cook again for 10 mins
Add Pepper to taste
