Prepare the batter by first adding the water a little at a time to the chick pea flour and stirring frequently to remove lumps and then add the rest of the batter ingredients and mix
Spiralize the potatoes as shown in the video
Dip in the batter to coat
Deep fry in hot oil for a few minutes on each side till the batter is crispy and the potato is cooked
Sprinkle with chilli powder and chaat masala and some finely chopped coriander leaves before serving
