Soak the chickpeas overnight in water and drain
Add to a food processor with the onion, garlic, green chilli, half the herbs and the spices, salt, pepper and process
Add the other half and continue to process depending on the size of your food processor
The mixture should be gritty and not smooth
Heat some olive oil and saute the mixture, let it sit for a minute so you get some browning at the bottom and then saute again till the chickpea is cooked
Cool completely
Add the rest of the ingredients cherry tomatoes, pickled turnips, feta, olives, extra herbs, sesame seeds & Pinenuts and toss to coat
Prepare the dressing by shaking all the dressing ingredients together and add as much as you need
