Chicken is marinated simply with lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil. It’s baked and then doused with Zaatar spice and then baked again.

These wings are cooked very simply with lemon juice, Olive oil, salt and pepper and then dredged in Za’atar.

What is Za’atar?
Za’atar Spice is a blend of dried herbs like oregano, marjoram or thyme, and spices like roasted cumin and coriander. It contains white sesame seeds, salt and a tangy Sumac.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Chicken wings
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Juice of half a Lemon
  • 2 tbsps Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Zaatar spice

Instructions
 

  • Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil to the Chicken wings and bake for 1 hr in a pre heated oven at 350 degrees
  • Add the zaatar and then toss to coat and cook for another 10 mins and serve
