Make deep cuts in the Chicken and marinate with the Soya sauce, Shaoxing Wine, 1 tbsp of the crushed Pepper and marinate it for about an hour
Heat up a tbsp of Oil and add the Shallots and saute
Add the Garlic and then the Drumsticks
Saute the Drumsticks and keep turning them around
Add the remaining marinade and keep cooking the Chicken for 25 - 30 mins
Add more Oil and Pepper through the process
I chose to finish cooking the drumsticks in the wok, but you can also transfer to the oven to finish cooking
These drumsticks are full of flavour and so easy to make!
