Add the onion, mushrooms and garlic to a food processor and pulse
Sauté the ground meat in a few tbsps of Oil (substitute beef, pork, mutton or even chicken)
Add the cumin and garam masala, salt and pepper
Add the grated Carrots
Add the tomato puree and the meat stock, cover and cook
Finish off with some chopped coriander.
Pack the meat mixture into a casserole or oven proof dish
Add the butter, salt, pepper, parmesan and milk to potato mixture, mix well and spread evenly over the meat
Cover with shredded cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 mins
