Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Boneless chicken cubes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 tbsps Ginger & Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsps Corn starch
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Oil and allow it to heat up
  • 1 cup diced Onions
  • 2 tbsps green Chillies slit horizontally
  • 2 tbsps Ginger & Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp fresh cracked Pepper
  • And mix this in
  • 1/2 cup Curry leaves
  • 2 tbsps Chilli paste or Sambal Oelek
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch food colouring

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the Chicken with salt, chilli powder, ginger & garlic paste, corn starch & an egg and keep aside
  • Heat some oil and deef fry the chicken pieces till cooked in batches and keep aside
  • Heat some oil in a saute pan and saute the onions and chillies
  • Add the ginger and garlic paste and cook
  • Add the chilli powder, cumin and pepper
  • Add the curry leaves
  • Add the chilli paste, salt and food colouring
  • Divide the sauce in half and saute the chicken in it in two batches
