Add salt & pepper to the chicken strips and leave aside
Prepare the batter by adding the flour, corn starch and baking powder together
Add water a little at a time till there are no lumps
Add the eggs mixing well to make a smooth batter
Pour the batter over the chicken and mix well to coat
Fry the chicken strips till golden brown and drain on some kitchen towel
Heat some oil and saute the cashews and keep aside
Heat some oil and saute the onions & garlic
Add the chilli paste, ketchup & soya sauce
Add a bit of water and mix in
Add the green peppers
Add the chicken and toss to coat
Add the cashews and sprinkle with sesame seeds
