Add the warm water to the yeast with the sugar and allow it to froth for 10 minutes
Sift the flour, add the yogurt, salt and all o the yeast mixture
Add a little water as required and mix everything together
Once mixed, continue to knead by hand adding some oil
Allow this dough to rise in a warm spot for 30 - 60 mins
Once done, add a little flour and knead once again
Divide the dough into 2 and make a disc out of one half
Flour the board with flour and semolina and roll out the dough till it’s about 1/2 cms in thickness
Crimp the edges and add some black sesame seeds
Heat a pan and add some butter and brush all over
Cook the naan on one side and flip over and cook on the other side
Add some onion at the bottom so the pizza base does not directly touch the pan
Add the butter chicken, onions, peppers, broccoli and cover with cheese
Cover with a glass lid and allow the cheese to melt
You can alternatively cook this in the oven
