Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
  

Chipotle sauce

  • 186 ml - 6.55 fl oz canned Chipotle Peppers in Adobo sauce
  • 2 tsps Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp Clove powder
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsps Agave syrup or Honey
  • 186 ml - 6.55 fl oz Water

Shrimp

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsps Chipotle sauce

Extras

  • Corn Tortillas
  • Guacamole
  • Lettuce
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chipotle sauce by processing all the sauce ingredients together and then boil it covered for 3 - 5 minutes and then allow to completely cool
  • Add 3 tbsps of this to the shrimp and marinate
  • Shallow fry the shrimp till cooked for just a few minutes on both sides
  • To assemble the tacos, heat the tortilla and smear with some guacamole, add some lettuce, pico de Gallo and then the shrimp. Top with sour cream and some chipotle sauce
