Method
- Prepare the Chipotle sauce by processing all the sauce ingredients together and then boil it covered for 3 - 5 minutes and then allow to completely cool
- Add 3 tbsps of this to the shrimp and marinate
- Shallow fry the shrimp till cooked for just a few minutes on both sides
- To assemble the tacos, heat the tortilla and smear with some guacamole, add some lettuce, pico de Gallo and then the shrimp. Top with sour cream and some chipotle sauce
