Boil the Lemons for 20 mins and then allow to cool
Roast all the seeds and then add the chillies
Grind to a powder
Add the ginger and garlic and then the vinegar and grind to a paste
Heat the oil, add the chilli and then the ground paste and fry
Add the water
Quarter the lemons and add to the pot and cook for a minute
Bottle and store for 1 - 2 months till it matures
