Method
- Boil the Lemons for 20 mins and then allow to cool
- Roast all the seeds and then add the chillies
- Grind to a powder
- Add the ginger and garlic and then the vinegar and grind to a paste
- Heat the oil, add the chilli and then the ground paste and fry
- Add the water
- Quarter the lemons and add to the pot and cook for a minute
- Bottle and store for 1 - 2 months till it matures
