Soak the bread slices and squeeze them dry and keep aside
Add one slice of bread and make fresh breadcrumbs
To make the spice paste add all the whole spices and grind
Add the Garlic, Ginger, Chillies & Onion together with the juice of a lime and grind
If there are still pieces of the ginger & garlic that aren’t fully pureed yet, add a little of the soaked bread and grind
Add this spice paste to the meat after you add salt to taste
Follow with the egg, coriander and all the soaked bread
Add as much of the fresh breadcrumbs as needed and mix everything in
Form these into patties, dip into dry breadcrumbs and shallow fry on both sides till the patties are fully cooked
