Method
- Soak the Chillies for 30 mins in hot Water
- Grind together with the rest of the masala ingredients
- Heat some Oil and saute the Onion
- Add the pureed masala and add Water in the jar
- Add the pureed Tomatoes
- Add Tamarind pulp and Salt
- Add the Kokum
- Cook this gravy for 30 mins so it thickens
- Taste for Salt & Seasoning and add the Crab and cook
