Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs boiled & halved
  • 2 -3 tbsps Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp of finely minced onion
  • 1 tsp minced green Chilli
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander
  • 1 tsp of Tamarind sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of Chilli Garlic sauce
  • 1/2 tsp green Chutney sauce
  • Garnish
  • Pinch of red Chilli powder & Chaat masala..
  • Finely minced onion
  • Thin slices of green chilli
  • Finely chopped coriander
  • Tamarind sauce green Chilli sauce
  • Fine Sev

Method
 

  1. Mash all the yolks and add the mayonnaise and all the other ingredients and chill
  2. Pipe into the egg cases and add all the garnish and serve
