Roast Chana & Urad Dhal till they turn color and is cooked, remove and keep aside
Add the raw Peanuts and roast them, then add in the Garlic, green Chillies, Sesame seeds, Curry leaves and sliced Onions.
Cook the Onion till it gets translucent
Add Salt to taste and a pinch Jaggery
Transfer this to a food processor and allow to cool
Add a pinch of Hing - this has numerous health benefits
Add the soaked Tamarind and the water and process
Prepare the tadka by sautéing all the tadka together and pour over the Peanut Chutney
