Prepare the chutney/marinade by processing all the ingredients together
Slice the beef thinly and pound using a mallet
Marinate the meat in 3/4 of the prepared green marinade and keep aside for 30 mins
Prepare the cabbage salad or slaw by mixing all the ingredients together
Dip the beef slices in egg and then breadcrumbs and then shallow fry
To assemble the sandwich - add some mayonnaise, some chutney, a slice of tomato, the cutlet, the slaw and top with some ketchup
