Method
- Prepare the chutney/marinade by processing all the ingredients together
- Slice the beef thinly and pound using a mallet
- Marinate the meat in 3/4 of the prepared green marinade and keep aside for 30 mins
- Prepare the cabbage salad or slaw by mixing all the ingredients together
- Dip the beef slices in egg and then breadcrumbs and then shallow fry
- To assemble the sandwich - add some mayonnaise, some chutney, a slice of tomato, the cutlet, the slaw and top with some ketchup
