Goan Beef Steak

Ingredients
  

Steak and Marinade

  • 5 thin minute Steaks - 200 gms - 1 kg - 2.2 lbs
  • 2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 15 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 tbsp of Vinegar
  • 2.5 tsp Peppercorns

To cook & serve

  • Oil
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup sliced Onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsps dark Soya sauce

Optional

  • Extra fried Onion rings
  • Extra fried sliced Mushrooms
  • French fries peas, carrot slices

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the steaks with the sauce, salt, garlic and pepper
  • Shallow fry and keep aside
  • Add the onion to the pan and saute followed by the mushrooms
