Beef Chilli Fry is a spicy, dry beef dish popular in Indian, particularly in Goa and Kerala. It’s known for its bold flavors, combining tender beef strips with onions, green chilies, garlic, and spices. The dish is typically stir-fried and often served as a side or appetizer.

I have different recipes for Beef Chilli Fry. This version is made with marinated thing slices of Beef. For a pressure cooker version you can check out this recipe.
In India, Beef is not available in some states, so you can make this with boneless Mutton as well.
