Tandoori Masala Marinade
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of Yogurt
- 1 tsp red Kashmiri Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp dried Fenugreek also known as Kasuri methi
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- 1 tsp Black salt
- 2 tsps of Ginger and Garlic paste
- And 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1/8 spoon red food colouring
Instructions
- Mix everything together and store in the fridge for upto 3 days
