I made the viral TikTok Pasta! Olive oil from Palestine, tomatoes, garlic, FETA CHEESE, more Olive oil, Sumac & Zaatar makes a great base for my version of the insanely popular Feta Cheese Pasta Once it melts, Pasta is added together with Olives and Parsley.

This is super easy and very very delicious

Feta Cheese Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsps Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsps minced Garlic
  • 300 gm block of Feta Cheese
  • Olive Oil as needed
  • 1 tsp Sumac
  • 1 tsp Zaatar
  • 200 gms Pasta
  • 1/2 cup Olives & roasted Red Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parsley and mix

Instructions
 

  • Add some oil to a cast iron pan or oven proof casserole and add the cherry tomatoes, garlic and the feta cheese
  • Drizzle more oil on the feta cheese
  • Add the sumac and the zaatar and a bit more oil before adding to a 350 degree preheated oven and cook for 30 mins
  • Squish the cheese with the back of a spoon
  • Add the cooked pasta, olives and red pepper, parsley and mix
