I know what you’re thinking … OMG if you know what Potato Chops are and what? if you’ve never heard of it. Potato Chops, a well known stuffed potato patty is loved by the Christian community in India – Goan, Manglorean & East Indian. Typically it is stuffed with ground Beef or Chicken but Shrimp is well loved as well. Because Shrimp can be expensive, it’s not made as often.
Instead of a regular chilly fry to make this stuffing, I’ve used Rechad Masala to get it to that next level in flavor. Of course if you don’t have this you can use the substitutions as called out in my video. I encourage you to watch the video to see how this is made with all the tips and tricks.
