

Where kebabs are concerned in India, Seekh Kebabs are king. Using the same recipe, I’m made this recipe into a patty form. I love to make a large batch of these and freeze them in stacks for when I need them.



Forget store bought burgers, these are amazing!

Seekh Kebab Burger
Ingredients
- 2 cups finely diced Onion
- 2 – 3 chillies
- Salt
- 1.5 kg (3.3 lblean Beef
- 1 tsp here Coriander seeds
- 1 tsp Peppercorns
- 1 tbsp each of Ginger & Garlic paste
- The crushed pepper & coriander
- 2 tsp Chilli powder
- 2 tsp Cumin powder
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup diced Coriander
Instructions
- Add Salt to the Onion and chilli and tie in a cheese cloth to strain all the water out
- Add all the ingredients including the onion to a food processor and process
- Make into patties and chill in the freezer before grilling
