I’m a big fan of making my own pasta and the creativity it allows you to run with, is apparent in this recipe. Homemade pasta is rolled, cut into an oval egg shape and a delicious filling is added. It is sealed with another oval shape and formed into an ear shape. It’s cooked and served over a bloody sauce.
