Rosemary & Cayenne Walnuts


  • 2 cups raw Walnuts
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tbsp of brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh or frozen Rosemary
  • 2 tbsps Walnut Oil


  1. Heat the Walnuts for 5 mins
  2. Mix all the other ingredients together
  3. Mix the Walnuts with the marinade and return to the hot oven for 10 mins
  4. Cool and store in an airtight container
