Spiced Bollywood Cashews


  • 2 cups raw Cashews
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • /2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsps Olive Oil


  1. Toast the Cashews for 5 mins
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and mix in the Cashews
  3. Toast for another 10 mins
  4. Cool and store in an airtight container
