Ground Beef is jazzed up with spices, passata or tomato puree, chipotle and beans for that perfect Chilli!

I love me a mean Chilli – ground beef and beans simmered together is pure comfort food. Of course there are many variations of this humble dish. I often make an Indian version but my kid’s fave is this Texas style Chilli with it’s Tex Mex influence. The Beef is hearty but you can switch protein to Chicken or Turkey.

My special BBQ blend, Cumin and Celery salt gives incredible flavour while the addition of Chipotles in Adobo sauce gives the Chilli it’s smokey flavor.
