Deviled Egg Chaat

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs boiled & halved
  • 2 -3 tbsps Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp of finely minced onion
  • 1 tsp minced green Chilli
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander
  • 1 tsp of Tamarind sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of Chilli Garlic sauce
  • 1/2 tsp green Chutney sauce
  • Garnish
  • Pinch of red Chilli powder & Chaat masala..
  • Finely minced onion
  • Thin slices of green chilli
  • Finely chopped coriander
  • Tamarind sauce green Chilli sauce
  • Fine Sev

Instructions
 

  • Mash all the yolks and add the mayonnaise and all the other ingredients and chill
  • Pipe into the egg cases and add all the garnish and serve
