Jello is dissolved in water and mixed with ice cream and then set. The beauty of this dessert is combining it with multiple layers. This is something I was introduced to by my friend Yvette a very long time ago. When the kids were little, we would serve this at almost every get together. It’s delicious and a crowd pleaser and just so damn easy to make!

I took advantage of 6 gorgeous colors but this is so customizable to any color scheme. Try it and love it!

Jello & Ice Cream Pudding

Ingredients
  

Per layer
  • 85 gms Jello
  • 1 cup boiling hot Water
  • 1 cup semi melted Vanilla Ice Cream

Method
 

  1. Dissolve the Jello in hot water and allow to come to room temperature and then mix in the ice cream
  2. Layer in a serving bowl and set completely before adding the next layer
