Jello is dissolved in water and mixed with ice cream and then set. The beauty of this dessert is combining it with multiple layers. This is something I was introduced to by my friend Yvette a very long time ago. When the kids were little, we would serve this at almost every get together. It’s delicious and a crowd pleaser and just so damn easy to make!

I took advantage of 6 gorgeous colors but this is so customizable to any color scheme. Try it and love it!

Jello & Ice Cream Pudding

Per layer

  • 85 gms Jello
  • 1 cup boiling hot Water
  • 1 cup semi melted Vanilla Ice Cream


  • Dissolve the Jello in hot water and allow to come to room temperature and then mix in the ice cream
  • Layer in a serving bowl and set completely before adding the next layer
