Green Masala Lamb Chops
Ingredients
- 2 lbs 907 gms Lamb Chops
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp red Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala and
- 3 tsps of Green Masala
- 1/2 cup sliced Onion
- 5 Green Chillies
Instructions
- Marinate the lamb chops with the lime juice, salt and pepper and let it sit for 15 mins
- Add the red chilli powder, garam masala and green masala and marinate, preferably overnight
- Heat some oil and cook the onion till caramelized and then add the green chillies, this is just for garnish and keep aside
- Add more oil and cook your lamb chops according to thickness, mine are thin and only needed 6 – 10 mins
- Remove and garnish with the onion and chilli
